Originally from Russia, I moved to Canada when I was 11. This is where I pursued my Undergraduate Honours degree in Animal Behaviour and Conservation at Queen’s University. I then stayed at Queen’s to do my MSc in reproductive trade-offs. I have my PhD from the University of New South Wales, Australia on the evolution of reproductive strategies and sexual conflict.
